Chase's Thanksgiving Feast

 Chase and Dad eating Thanksgiving at his pre-school and his Thanksgiving songs--that was a real treat today.


 

 

 

Dax's Yellow Belt

Dax was presented his yellow belt tonight.  As part of the ceremony, everyone in his club got to throw him-27 throws in all-he did great and was very excited!

Judoga Dax

Dax has been doing Judo starting this past June (it was the best way of


getting him exposed to wrestling) and he had his first tournament as a white

belt this past weekend. At the tournament he was matched up 1st to an

Orange belt (2+ years experience) and did okay, held his own, but lost the

match. He then was matched up against a yellow belt (1/2-1 year experience)

and won with 2 waza-ari's (2-1/2 points--need 1 point to win the match)

awarded for 2 shoulder throws--it was a beautiful thing! He had him down on

the ground and pinned as they called the match with his second throw...he

finished the match exhausted but happy--that's my boy!

match--I think I had as much fun as Dax did at the tourney.

Annabelle's First Day of School

Annabelle was sick the first day of school so she had to stay home.    After we went to the doctor. We took her to school.  She was so excited to wear her new Justice outfit. When we made it to her class all of the kids were excited to she her and they all yelled Annabelle, which interupted the teacher.  Annabelle loved her first day.  She played with her best friend Mia at the extra recuse.  She even came home with a bag of candy from her teacher.

Dax's First Day of School

 

Dax was so excited for the first Day of school.  He was assigned Mrs. Ellinger in the room number  lucky 13.  Luckily he knows everyone in class but one girl and that wont last long because he is very friendly.

Annabelle was a great help today.  She decided she was going to be Chase's teacher.  She first started with gym then worked on numbers, they had a cooking class, library time, snack time, numbers and letters, lunch, and we can't forget music and quite time.  She kept Chase busy all day.  We will try this agian.

What a great Day!

Dax got to spend the whole day with all of his friends at Cub Scout Day camp

We got to shoot Sling shoot we both even hit the target.

Dax got everything he wanted for his presents.
