Annabelle's Hair cut

I couldn't stand it any more I had to get rid of Annabelle's mullet. I left the curls so no one should worry. Her back just grows 10 times faster then her sides.

Arts and crafts

I have tried to let the kids be more creative. Annabelle shows some real talent for painting. She would dig her hands into the paint and really go at it. Dax didn't like to get dirty so He would only put one finger in. But he is getting really good at mixing colors to see what they make.

Valentine Cookies

The kids had a great time making Valentine cookies. I had a great time cleaning up.

Rodeo San Antonio

Judd had the weekend free so we decided to take advantage of it and take the kids to the rodeo. Dax was so excited. He wore his cowboy cloths all day. He kept asking if it was time to go to the "Stereo or Radio" it was really cute. We went with the Stuarts, some close family friends. Everyone kept staring at Dax and saying how cute he was in his outfit. They played in the inflatble playground. They had fun in the petting zoo. Annabelle kept trying to shove straw in the goats mouth. She also had to make sure she touched every animal in there. Dax's favorite animal was the deer, he was able to see and touch it up close. Maybe he will rethink this whole hunting thing. We took both of the kids on a couple rides. Dax said he had fun with his girlfriend Kate. Annabelle didn't really meet any height requirerments but one of the rids worker let her on anyways. She love it and wanted to do more rides. Then we went to the Rodeo. I have never seen anything like it. The opening had fireworks and lasers. It was a great show. Judd love the guy who had 6 one ton horses that he steered while standing on the back of two of them. I thought the mutton raceing was funny, there were these kids Dax's age that would try to hold on to a sheep while it ran around the statium. Dax loved the whole thing. We left before the concert because the kids were really tired. It was a great evening.

South Texas White Bass Run '08

Well, inbetween calls, I was invited to partake in the South Texas White Bass Run down near Choke Canyon and 3 Rivers. We arrived just before 7:00 PM, motored out about 100m under a bridge, and over the next 4 hours pulled in 44 white bass and 1 white drum--best fishin' day I've ever had...and white bass is mighty tasty too..kids got a kick out of seeing what fish look like prior to becoming fillets...

It's a Boy

We had an ultrasound on Thursday. They confirmed my thoughts that we were having a health baby boy. Now we get to start thinking about names.

The deer hunt

Dad bought Dax a blowup deer. Now they enjoy going hunting in the backyard. Annabelle like to ride it more then shoot at time.

Great Grandpa Ward

Great Grandpa Ward was up for his Birthday, so we gathered all the Greatgrandchildren that were around for a picture.

Fun in the snow

Dax and Annabelle didn't get to much time in the snow. Since they both got sick while we were there. Annabelle didn't like the miitens on her hands so we took them off. Then she found out how cold the snow really was. Dax had a great time with Mike's new dog until Jake decided to tackle him and keep him in the snow.

Build a Bear

While we were in Utah Grandma Ward took all of the cousins to build a bear to make a new friend. Annabelle made a bunny names flop and Dax made a friend names Bear Claw. It was so much fun.

At the Ward's

We got just as spoiled at myparents house. Then the kids enjoyed playing with all their new toys with their cousins. We had a great day!

Christmas in Utah

We had a great time with all of the family. We were spoiled Judd got a new gun and more trains. I got a beautiful watch and a lot of other things. Dax and Annabelle both got more toys then we could even get home in our suit cases. It was a great trip and we can't wait to see all of you again.

Merry Christmas

Christmas is approaching so fast. There is so much to get done. We still have so much christmas shopping to get done. Then there is packing. We are still not 100% sure if Judd is going to make the flight or not. But we will stay hopeful.

Dax's Scripture

Dax was ask to do the scripture in Church today. He practiced very hard. He got to stand at the pulpit and say it in front of the whole primary. We were so proud of him. The verse he had to say is Act 1:11 not max 1:11.
